Team Leader

Our Team Leader is an Economic Advisor with over 15 years of experience in Economic Development, Public and Trade Policy Design and Implementation, Project and Strategic Development Management and Private Sector Development. As the first woman Rhodes Scholar from Lesotho, she holds two Postgraduate degrees from Oxford University: Economics and Legal Research Studies, and Smart Policy Design and Implementation Certificate from Harvard Kennedy School.

She has a demonstrated history of working with diverse stakeholders, particularly those within the public and private sectors. She played an instrumental role as a Team Leader, a leading local Consultant and an Expert in developing the Social Development Masterplan of Phase II of the Lesotho Highlands Water Project (LHWP II), Lesotho’s Second National Strategic Development Plan (NSDP II) and Lesotho’s first Public-Private Dialogue (PPD) Framework. In all the projects, she spearheaded extensive consultations and engagements with the government, private sector, development partners, investors, international development organisations, Civil Society Organisations, communities and other key stakeholders.

She has served on various Organisational Boards, Technical Panels and Steering Committees. She is currently a member of different Research Groups and Professional Associations, including the; Economic Society of Lesotho, Lesotho National Trade Facilitation Committee, LMDA Constraints Analysis Panel of Experts, BLMNS Rhodes Scholarship Selection Committee, Black Association of Rhodes Scholars, Oxford Transitional Justice Research and the Rhodes Scholars Southern African Forum.

Analytica further has a Team of Experts, with combined experience in Private Sector, Business and Enterprise Development, Stakeholder Engagement Programmes, Trade, legal and regulatory policy framework, Policy, institutional and Legislative analysis, Sustainable Livelihoods Approaches, various development projects in an array of sectors including manufacturing, agriculture, tourism, education, health, transport, energy, water, and ICT). We further possess a deep understanding and several years’ experience designing and implementing projects in the Southern Africa region in the context of private sector development.
